Key Staff Members Ramezan “Reza” Ghasseminia – Founder & Director
With over 30 years of experience in food service, hospitality, and business development, Ramezan “Reza” Ghasseminia is the visionary leader behind Andale On Wheels. As a seasoned entrepreneur and hotelier, he has a deep understanding of restaurant management, customer service, and operational efficiency, all of which have been instrumental in transforming Andale On Wheels into a sustainable, self-sufficient nonprofit initiative.
Ramezan’s passion for food and social impact led him to self-fund and launch Andale On Wheels in 2016, converting a school bus into a fully operational food truck to bring nutritious meals directly to underserved children. His expertise in business strategy and financial sustainability has allowed Andale On Wheels to develop a hybrid funding model—leveraging food sales to support free meal distribution, reducing reliance on grants and donations.
As Director, Ramezan is responsible for:
Strategic planning and business development to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization.
Building partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and funders to expand resources and impact.
Overseeing food service operations to maintain high-quality meal production and service delivery.
Driving organizational growth, including securing a permanent vending location near large Universities to establish a stable revenue stream.
