Reza Ghassemi
Founder & Director
With more than three decades of experience in food service, hospitality, and business development, Ramezan “Reza” Ghasseminia brings deep industry knowledge and visionary leadership to Andale On Wheels.
In 2016, Reza turned that experience into action—personally funding and converting a school bus into a fully operational food truck to serve nutritious meals to underserved children. His goal was simple yet powerful: fight child hunger through sustainable, community-based solutions.
Today, Reza focuses on strategic growth, partnership building, and innovative funding models that reduce dependency on grants and donations. His leadership ensures that Andale On Wheels continues to grow, remain self-sufficient, and make a lasting impact across Philadelphia.
Mirna Castillo
Operations & Logistics Manager
Mirna Castillo is the driving force behind the day-to-day success of Andale On Wheels. With her extensive background in community outreach and volunteer coordination, Mirna ensures that every operation runs smoothly — from scheduling and distribution to community engagement.
Her attention to detail keeps food deliveries on time, supplies organized, and volunteers empowered to serve with purpose. Mirna works directly with schools, nonprofit partners, and local organizations to ensure that every meal reaches a child who needs it most.
Her leadership embodies the spirit of Andale On Wheels—efficient, compassionate, and deeply rooted in community service.

Our Volunteers Assist With:
