Richard Smyth

Jim McGovern

Jim currently serves as Senior Vice-President and has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Christ’s Home since August 2013. He previously served as the Executive Director of Children’s Services at Christ’s Home. Jim is a licensed and accredited Social Worker with over 35 years of experience leading non-profit agencies. He holds a BS in Bible from Cairn University, a Master of Social Work from Temple University, studied counselling at the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation and completed a Graduate Certificate in Leadership at Holy Family University. He recently completed the Leading Age Fellows in Leadership Program. Jim is currently responsible for the day-to-day operations of Christ’s Home, including Senior Services and Children’s Services. Jim enjoys leading and collaborating with staff to help them reach their full potential. He also strives to fulfil the mission of Christ’s Home by serving every resident in an atmosphere graced with love, dignity, compassion, and respect.

Jordana Abrams

Jordana Abrams received her B.S. from Indiana University, Kelly School of Business and her law degree at Widener University School of Law. She is a semi-retired attorney and an avid fitness instructor working at Remix Fitness Studio in Plymouth Meeting. After her oldest son, Jaxson, was born prematurely and received care at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), she co-founded the Philly Spin-In, an indoor cycling event raising money for the Cardiac Center at CHOP. This event has raised nearly 3.5 million dollars for pediatric heart disease in the past 6 years. In 2022, the Philly Spin-In was the recipient of the Outstanding Volunteer Fundraising Group Award by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Greater Philadelphia Chapter.

Michael Weisbrot

Michael received his B.S. in Computer Science from Bloomsburg University.  He is an entrepreneur that has created multiple successful property & casualty insurance brokerages and Insurtech start-ups.  With expertise in strategy, digital marketing and technology, he’s held roles of both Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Executive Officer in his various companies.  He is the father of three children that always encourages them to be kind, selfless, and lead by example.

Stephen Slade

Steve specializes in tax planning, tax consulting, and tax preparation as well as estate planning for closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. His knowledge and interpretation of tax law enables him to proactively advise clients in the construction, real estate, manufacturing and professional service firm industries.

He has a deep understanding of the construction and real estate industry and is an active board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors in New Jersey. He is also President of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council. Steve is a frequent contributor to industry publications and to the WM Daily Update where he provides his insights into breaking news as it relates to COVID-19 including the Paycheck Protection Program, PPP Forgiveness, the CARES Act or EIDL.
